Never received my order. I ordered on November 17 and the status of my order says delivered August 12 and to the wrong address. No response from seller.

Color is off..

I ordered this sweatshirt over a month ago and still haven’t received it.

I never received my order. It was delivered to the wrong address in another state that has no association with my account. So it seems there was an error on the companies part when printing shipping labels. I have emailed the company and have not gotten a response. I am sad because this is a cute sweatshirt and I had ordered it to wear for my daughters competition cheer team. I hate to leave a bad review but since I have not been contacted to rectify the situation I feel I had no choice.

Placed an order to Wisconsin on 11/17. Received tracking information that showed delivered to Las Vegas 8/6. Reached out to the seller 2x to inquire on what happened and try to receive my package without any response.

Not a fan of the vinyl. It was peeling on the edges when I received it

Had a problem with shipping. I reached out via email and company took care of it ASAP! Love my bookmarks!

Nice and soft

Not impressed. I ordered a sweatshirt and the printing on it was messed up. It took 2 months to get the issue resolved and get a new one AND I receive a nublend shirt rather than the original heavy blend! They also do not reply to emails, I had to contact Jane support for help with this issue - twice! Poor customer service and not quality work!

Worst experience ever, bought 2 sweatshirts as gifts, one came damaged with black marks on it. Contacted the seller, she said she would replace, never did and now won’t respond to my emails.
