Pretty neat. Got this for my 18 month grandson.

Horrible experience. Seller takes forever to communicate through email and didn't email back until I involved Jane customer support. Seller somehow missed my order and when it did ship, I had to pick it up at post office. She said she would refund but she didn't and I still haven't heard back from her. But the worst, the product is awful and DOES NOT WORK. I am just frustrated. Do not buy.
My order should have been delivered on 12/9. Its now 12/16 and still no package. I emailed the vendor on 12/14 with no response and no product. It isnt fair that i have to give the product a star review. I have no product.

The lashes wouldn't stay on at either end. Customer service was fantastic though. They responded immediately and took care of me!
