Removed it from the box and decided to try it before giving it as a gift.The erase button doesn't work. No real directions. Thought maybe the battery was bad....replaced the batteries. Still doesn't work. I had bought 2 to give to my grandkids. Wasted money since they don't work. Would give 0 stars if it was allowed. Do not buy!! This was my first time ordering from Jane and was very disappointed. Will think twice before ordering from them again. Terrible quality, even for such an inexpensive item. I would expect it to work for a few days.
I ordered 1 for each of my kids for Christmas but wasn’t able to give it to them. Not one of the 3 erased what I drew when I tried them. Complete waste of money, as they went directly to the trash. 😔
The item is neat, but they sent the wrong color and haven't responded to my email to correct the issue. I will update my review once they send the correct color to me.

Purchased 2 drawing tablets almost a month ago and still says processing. Reached out to the company and still 2 weeks later haven’t heard anything from them. Waiting for a refund to be given.
I receive tons of packages weekly, as I’m a big online shopper and have yet to receive this item, though it says it’s been delivered. I suppose I should consider myself fortunate that it’s been just this one package and the item wasn’t expensive, but I can’t fairly review the product until it makes it to my box. I am waiting for a response from the seller and/or post office for a resolution and will gladly update once it’s been resolved. I managed to get my refund through the price protection service that I have in place, but this wasn’t something Jane nor the Lace Door Shop addressed to rectify the situation.
The first day used it doesn’t clear the screen 😆
