Only one earbud works. I order a set for my husband and I and on each of ours only of the earbuds work.
First time being used and the left ear is continuously cuts out. Fully charged, never dropped… very first time being used.
I didn’t receive the correct item. I have emailed the email address provided with no response. It was delivered yesterday, and I did email them as soon as it was opened. No luck. Poor communication and no luck getting the correct product which was a gift I needed by Saturday. I had to turn around and spend even more getting them somewhere else.
They got here pretty quick but the inside packaging was squished and the outside of the pods were dirty. The cord had dust bunnies on it as well. I was actually really surprised by this. Not what I was expecting ordering off of Jane. Hopefully they work..
The product itself is fine They work great... once you figure out how to pair them with your Bluetooth The instructions are not helpful at all I found a video on YouTube and got it set up

Bought these for my young grandson so he’d be just like his older brothers and cousins! He was very excited!
