I received the wrong necklace sent an email to the company with no response.

Wore it yesterday for the 1st time, as I was pumping gas, the heart snapped off, fell on the ground, then the chain for the heart broke! So disappointed .

If an option for no stars I would put none. Twice I ordered and twice my necklaces were not what I ordered. I received a gold necklace with hanging stars. For this one.

I ordered this Nov 28, it’s Dec 27 still have not received It. No communication from seller. I thought this could be a Christmas gift, yet still in transit somewhere. Hope I get it by next year.

Ordered a cactus necklace and was sent a totally different necklace

The Lace Door sent be two substitutes. I know like either one. I ordered the tiny heart necklaces in silver and gold. I spent a lot of time finding just wanted. I did not want a replacement. I just want my money returned. Thank you

Received the necklace and when I went to put it on, the chain clasp broke. It's such a pretty piece. too bad.

One necklace broke upon opening 🙁

Received one but not the other. We received the heart one but not the moon & stars one. The heart one was beautiful. I e-mailed the seller with no response as of yet. So my daughter missed out on one gift. I wouldn't recommend for this reason.

The necklace keeps getting tangled so I can’t just leave it on my neck I have to keep playing with it to fix it.

Necklace broke when I tried putting it on for the first time! Very disappointed and wish I could get my money back! I didn't even get to wear it 😥 Update- the owner of the shop reached out to fix the issue! She was very kind and accommodating. Great customer service!
