I got this for draining the grease from our 12" skillet when browning meat. I haven't used it for that yet but did try it for spaghetti once. It worked nice but probably not the most efficient for that use. I think it will work nicely for draining the grease though.
No instructions on how you are to use it... Do you put oil in it or not how much popcorn kernels etc. Nothing was inside for directions
