Exactly what I ordered.
The racks are good quality, but the adhesive strip doesn't hold up at all. Both of my racks fell within 12 hours of being installed. I put them back up and they fell again within just a couple of hours. I ended up hanging them with those sticky picture hangers that don't require nails.
Can hold any thing with any weight to it. Fell down after 1 night.
