Excellent customer service!
got this but its does not work. it was breaking up coming out of package so I could not use as it advertised for.

Didn’t work very well with my thick hair
We are sorry that you didn't get the results you were hoping for from the curlers. It may be that you need additional curlers if you have extra thick hair (like me). Loved all the colors except the white. The white was very disappointing. Looked NOTHING like the others
