I was less than happy with the shaver due to some unfortunate issues. But customer service has been great! They have been extremely apologetic and issued a refund quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy something from them again!

Will not erase. Hopefully they will refund my purchase. Update: The Lace Door replaces my tablet and it works perfectly.
I can’t se any removal of hair at all - but after seeing this review The Lace Door contacted me about a faulty blade and is sending me a new one. I love great customer service like this and will hope to have smooth and silky skin very soon! I'll give the Lace Door a 5 star review for customer service and hope my new product works as well!
Love the hair remover, nice and compact, nice bag came with it to travel with, no more nicks and cuts from shaving!
I ordered straws, but got something completely different. This situation was rectified quickly and very professionally.

Genius idea! I received the wrong colors when my order came in, but I contacted the seller and they quickly worked it out so that I received the correct colors instead! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I haven't tried the product, but I bought it for my mom because she has a bad hand and I thought this would be helpful. I don't think she's even tried it at home yet, she seemed slightly resistant to the idea of needing assistance opening jars. I made her try the jelly jar at my house when I gave it to her and she opened it with ease.
Didn't stick well or hold weight of my spice jars. Keep falling.
