Holder itself is sturdy but clip broke in 2 places when I tried to put in air vent. Don't waste your time or money Note: seller did contact me after this review and sent another clip quickly
UPDATE to original review: the shop reached out to me directly and sent me a new clip for free. The clip does not stay on the vent in my car due to the vent shape/size- no fault of theirs. I am updating b/c of the great customer service! Ps. I was able to get the plastic piece out of my vent! ORIGINAL: The holder itself is of fine quality, but the clip broke as soon as I tried to clip it to my vent. Now I have a piece of plastic lost in my vent...disapointed.
The clip broke when I tried to attach it to the vent the 1st time.
I had a minor issue with the product but the customer service was quick to respond and assisted graciously. I updated my review and am very happy with their product!
Insanely fast shipping. Snaps perfectly onto the air vent. Easy to unsnap and resnap into new positions if needed. Doesn't allow for moving of the vent once clipped on, in my car at least. The holder itself is deep and sturdy. I love that this holds my phone and sunglasses in an easy to reach place!

5 stars for customer service. While my product was shipped right away, USPS lost the shipment. Once The Gold Cactus found out, they immediately jumped on helping to resolve the situation, notifying USPS, and then even sending out a replacement bag. Of course, once they did that, USPS "miraculously" found the missing bag. Tiffany at The Gold Cactus was very responsive. The bag itself is a little longer than I expected at 10" instead of 8", but I'm fine with that because that just means I can fit more. =) Otherwise, exactly as described. Love the hot pink color inside (soooo glad it's not black!), love that it has 2 zippers, and love that the bag itself is very light.
