Item arrived defective. I am unable to use it.

I have been waiting on these since the first of December for Christmas gifts. I have left message after message and no one will respond.

Small, flimsy. Doesn’t hold much.

Very cute bag and bigger than expected; however, when I got it out to use it the first time, the bottom seam was split. I have notified Jane, but because it was a few days past 30 days from delivery, I’m not sure if it will be resolved. If you order, be sure to open it and check it thoroughly.
