First of all this is the fastest shipping I've gotten for anything that is custom made on Jane.com and I am very impressed by that. I thought this gift would be a belated gift but it wasn't! I loved the quality for the price. It didn't look cheaply made which I was afraid of. The seller immediately contacted me after purchase to request a picture and listened to my instructions. I never received my order. I never got confirmation that my picture was even received. No ability to contact seller further.
