Nice quality gift for one of my sons.

I never received my order. I never got confirmation that my picture was even received. No ability to contact seller further.

The picture incredibly dark and blurry (it was a professional photograph from my wedding), and it wasn’t centered. I am disappointed. I contacted the seller for a replacement or refund. He offered a very prompt reply and is working with me now.

Not what I expected. The card is thicker than I anticipated it to be. The picture quality was not that great.

Disappointed the portrait picture I sent was made into a landscape because it cute off most of the picture. Lost the feeling and memory of that moment.

Communication with seller is an issue. The wallet card I received is not correct because of lack of communication with the seller at the email address provided. I asked for a different picture to be used and I also asked for the wording on the back to be in a letter format and even left an example. He replied that he would do letter format but nothing about using the new picture. I still got the wrong picture on the card and NOT letter format for the wording on the back. Quality of the metal of the Wallet insert card is excellent however, thicker than expected. Picture on it is a bit fuzzy looking though.

Typo on it and picture wasn't the direction I was hoping for. Can't use it so for me waste of money. Awesome idea. Bad turn out for me.

I love the image it turned out great. But I had text that I wanted it and had typed it in. I am going to have order another one to get the txt part. I love that it was very durable. They do great work.

I sent a photo in that was in landscape orientation. I received no communication to approve appearance of the product. Received my product with photo not printed in entirety of the metal card as shown in photos on sellers page. However, quality of metal is good which makes me open to recommending this product. Just make sure you receive a proof of what you’re product will look like.

The text on the back was not done to expectation

The quality of the print was not as good as pictured online. One of the photos was deeply contrasted when used in B&W, making one of my eyes almost completely blacked out. I feel like the seller could have at least taken the time to adjust the contrast to make sure the images were shown as clearly as possible, as there is no way for the buyer to know what the color images will transfer to in B&W on metal etching Bc no proofs are sent. The other photo on the back was supposed to be landscape and the seller even emailed to confirm, but then printed it in portrait which changed the whole feel of the photo. Same thing with the contrast except it was very light and when made B&W on metal, the photo was too light in some places, and I had text on the photo which couldn't be seen at all once in B&as. So all in all I just felt the seller could have taken a little time to adjust the photos to make sure they looked nice and visible, and taken some pride in the quality of the print, that's all, especially since this was supposed to be a gift and now I'm debating. Not upset by any means, and they look "okay", just a little disappointed.

The durability of the metal is nice, however the quality of the image is not good - despite the photo being taken with a professional camera.

Not a great print. Hard to tell in the photos in the advertising online, but it's grainy and blurry. The text on the back in not centered so it looks off, and the type is not pleasing. It's a gift to my husband from my daughter, but I would check other places as I've seen these in many other places.

Would have been better if they printed in landscape mode v. Portrait mode.

Bought this for Father’s Day. The delivery was quick. The material quality is durable. Im bummed the picture didn’t come out. You can’t see my daughter’s smile. Its a black blob on her face/smile. I used that picture because of her smile.

I thought I had checked for pictures to be on the front and the back of the metal card, with my personal message written at the bottom of the card on top of one of the pictures but it only came with 1 picture and my personal message on the back. I wrote a short personal message because I thought it was going at the bottom of the picture. Since the personal message was short, the printing of the message is very large and looks too big. However, I may have not ordered it correctly as I thought I did.
