They have the worst customer service This is email I received back AFTER I had left a bad review I guess that's the only way they'll reply back about not receiving your order is if they want you to remove your bad review Hi, I saw your negative review on the wallet card, you said you never received it you also said that we didn’t answer your emails period the thing is we answer our emails almost within 10 minutes of receiving them, and I don’t see you ever received an email for you period if you would like to resolve this order please modify the review and we can resend or refund your order, we take all of our order seriously and we respond immediately any time anyone has a concern, so the issue is probably a spam filter or the email address was in put it incorrectly period James
