I did not receive the item I ordered, I did receive someone else’s order instead. I emailed the seller and seller returned email quickly wanting pictures of item I received.i sent them and he stated would send me my order. Over a month now and have not received item.

Left part of my message off the pick. Didn’t have time to replace before Christmas.

So I ordered this almost 3 months ago and when I still hadn't received it yet, I messaged to cancel it and get a refund. I was told to contact Jane and received a refund last Sunday… the package ended up being delivered today (even though tracking said it was still in Arizona last week when I contacted to cancel and refund) and when I opened it, it was just the box with nothing in it. I ordered before they went out of stock.

The engraving is not spaced out very well nor was it centered.

I was expecting to get 2 maple wood picks and instead I got 1 maple wood and 1 camel bone and a note that said they ran out of maple wood so they used camel bone and to not leave them a bad review because of that. Here is the thing, I would have been fine with it if they would have notified me they were out of the maple wood. It looks odd as a pair. I would have thanked them for notifying me and cancelled the order. But this seemed to be a ploy to keep the sale even though it is not what I ordered. The engraving and both picks are really well made, and they look great individually. I just wish I was notified before they went ahead and made a change to my order. Happy Father's Day, Papaw-sorry they don't match.

Beautiful, but too thick for guitar picking.

One of the picks came super warped. But the design and etching itself on each pick are really beautiful. The box is small but the writing on the box fits and is nice. This is a gift for my dad who is an amazing guitarist so i cant wait to give it to him as a nice memento from his kids and grandkids. Im sure he will love it! (UPDATE: my dad absolutely loved the picks and was totally enamored with the design).

This was a great Father's Day present. My only complaint is the pick is a little to thick.

The outside of the box was dirty. I got two one looks messed up but the other one was great but could barely see it.

Not sure how well they work yet but got them for my husband for Father’s Day and I know he will love them. Shipped fast and look just as expected
