Our girl group bought this as a birthday gift for our friend. It turned out super cute!!! Would definitely purchase again!

Customer service was really great just not satisfied with the quality of the item. I ordered 2 pins received 3. 2 pins were stuck together. So basically I have one passable pin but even that one isnt great. Not at all like the pictures on the post, feel pretty cheated

Wrong song was sent from what I requested

Will not work properly. Contacted the person who made it but they said it’s a Spotify issue.

This doesn’t actually work. When you scan the song, it goes to a mix that the song is included in (Not even a Counting Crows CD) and you have to listen to a bunch of random songs before you ever hear it.

I still have not received this order.

This is a complete piece of junk. It doesn't work no matter how many times you try to scan it. We contacted the business and not only was he incredibly rude and snarky he is unwilling to make a new one that actually works or refund my money. This is incredibly disappointing considering this was my husband's Valentines Day gift.

It did not work

You need spotify premium for this product to work. The warning in the product description is not strong enough to make people that don't use the platform understand. The merchant is both condescending and rude. He graciously offered to provide a refund if returning the item in a way it can be tracked and not giving him a negative review. Since that would cost $13 and any refund would be negated...my bank refunded it and here I am..providing an honest review. Jane customer service, although the representative agreed with me it showed they have no control of the merchants on their platform. Etsy would have stepped in to correct the situation. This man is a bully..he doesnt deserve my business. And wait for his ignorant response! He's famous for them!

Seller is very difficult to work with. My keychain does not play the correct song. Upon contacting the seller I just kept getting the run-around about how it was my fault! Not someone I would ever work with again. Warning STAY AWAY!

Neither is marked as to which is which song clip and the Spotify code stamp does not work on either key chain!
