Fantastic customer service!

Never received item nor did seller respond to multiple requests sent to them. Jane staff was very responsive and helped cancel order and issue a refund.

I would give zero but that’s not an option. It’s been a month and my order still has not shipped. Both the seller and Jane have been completely unresponsive despite my multiple emails.
