Unresponsive seller. I reached out several times for an update to my order both alone and with Jane support with no response from the seller. The item also shipped several days late. I do not know the quality of the item as it's still in the shipping box due to dissatisfaction.

We do take Thanksgiving to spend with our family, along with the United States Postal Service, so items shipping that week may experience delays.
