Ordered April 12th and have NOT received. Have emailed seller multiple times and no response or refund

Like the shoe but it ran small, luckily it fit my daughter:) I’m normally an 11 and that’s what I ordered. They fit my daughter who normally wears a 9.

I’m so glad I went with my normal size and didn’t size up like some said. I wear an 8, and the 8 fits perfect. These are so comfortable!

Delivery took a while, but once I got around to emailing (I was giving it extra time because of Covid), a new label was made and the shoes were sent, along with a follow-up email.

Still have not received the item!

OK yes there’s a manufactured/chemicalish smell when you take them out of the packaging but come on, these are foam, were you expecting something different. Do you see foam in nature? No. That being said... THESE ARE SO COMFORTABLE. I have a Morton’s neuroma in both feet and not only are these wide and cushiony enough to be comfortable they actually come with the arch support for my neuroma so I don’t have to wear the stupid insert like I do with all my shoes. I want all the pairs!

First time buying from here. Ordered two par. I was skeptical. Love them. I’m ordering more.
