I’m sad to say that the moment of me taking out of the box to tighten the strap, it broke immediately. I tried at that moment to email and still have yet to receive a response. Very frustrating

The shoes had a strong odor to them. I ended up returning mine and my daughters. When her pair arrived the buckle was broken. We were granted a return and a refund for our order without any trouble.
