Communication to get the item fixed is not acceptable. I’ve tried reaching out twice to get another pair ordered and have not gotten a reply.

Update: I received the corrected order. Customer service was personal, and spectacular. Will be happy to order from them again. Original Review: These are adorable. However, there was an error in the completion of the order. I contacted the seller immediately upon receipt, and - to my surprise - I received a reply within a very short time, including an apology, they took responsibility, and promise to redo quickly. Customer service at its best. I would buy from Sweet Summer Baby again.

We got the large dog one and it’s very cute. I wish it was bigger though. It definitely isn’t big enough for my large dog. However, for the price, not a big deal.
