Fast delivery and very cute product!

Giving this as a gift so I haven't used it but it appears to be in good quality and it has lots of little felt pieces that are different colors so I am excited about the different combinations of oils she will get to use with so many options.

My address change did not go through while I was placing the order. However, I did not realize it until the order was placed. I notified Jane.com in plenty of time to correct the problem but they did not respond for 2 days and by then the product had been sent. Fortunately, it was sent first class mail and was forwarded to me. Jane.com's customer service department does not seem to care about the customers; therefore, I do not recommend doing business with them.“

These are adorable and cam in such a timely manor. The packaging was damaged and that resulted in one missing earring back and a damaged one. I sent an email asking for replacement back. I was sent a reply immediately and the whole product was replaced. Great company and product.

Fairly cheaply made, but it works.
