Multi-Layer Initial Necklaces

I would not waste your money or time on these products or this company. I hate I even have to give them one star. The necklace I ordered and received was completely destroyed and unwearable. I contacted the company they asked if the necklace was attached to a card in which mine was not but there was a card in the package and they basically are now saying I am lying that “they know it was attached to a card because they package them”, VERY poor customer service and obviously not good product.

We are sorry you are unhappy. We asked if there was a card and you said no but now say there was but not attached. If we were given the full information we could better evaluate a proper response but the story has changed. We are happy to refund your now that we know what occurred completely. Thank you.
