I bought the gymnast bag for my daughter for Christmas. I received it and realized the decal is a male gymnast, so I emailed the seller right away and letting him know I got the bag for my daughter and asked if he has a female gymnast decal. Response simply said they only have male decal. No offer to make it right and no offer to return it for something else. I would've appreciated an email from the seller communicating with me that there are only male decals available so we could have discussed another option before the product was made. Not happy with this purchase. Fine print says no returns.

I am sorry you are unhappy with the product. The option you selected was for the gymnastic decal, which we show in our sport/activity chart as well as in our main picture for the Reagan bag. You received the bag and did not like the decal and wanted a different option. We stated we only offer that gymnastic decal. Jane as well as our company does not take back returns on personalized items.
