I ordered on nov 24 and was told my item had shipped and I still haven’t received my order, it’s dec 17😡

I still haven't gotten it-- so I have no clue-- horrible service

Update... it finally arrived! It is so perfect! I ordered a sign over a month ago. I emailed the seller. They sent me the same tracking info I already had and said the post office hasn't been scanning tracking updates. But if it was shipped November 28th, why isn't it here. I was truly looking forward to giving this to my son as a Christmas gift but it's looking like a loss. Very disappointed!

The shipping information says this shipped on the last week of November and I still have yet to receive it. I emailed the seller several days ago with no response on shipping update. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts.

Product arrived and it looks really good but unfortunately it was all bent due to shipping which was not the sellers fault. The seller replied right away with a resolution. Definitely would recommend them.

This is just thick enough. Keeps me warm. I'd like it to be a little more thick but it's great anyways! Very cozy!
