Definitely size down for women. I get nervous when ordering Bella shirts as they traditionally run small for women's cut, but this is a men's shirt and cut. I ordered an XL and will be using it as a nightgown.
LOVE IT!!
I was expecting a softer material and a more fitting style shirt. The sleeves are kind of awkward too. It's like a cross between a regular tshirt with a tighter fitting shirt sleeves. Very disappointing the style is cute.
