I had a very hard time giving the decal to go on the pumpkins. Very low-quality
I am sorry to hear that you had an issue with your order. Our pumpkin decals are made from high quality permanent vinyl. The 2 biggest application errors that we see is not cleaning the pumpkin before applying and also pressing down the decal firmly to ensure it adheres. If you make sure these two steps are done, you should not have any issues. Please contact us and we can get you a new decal shipped out if you need a replacement. Thank you.
