I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with the shirt. After looking up your order it looks as if you entered the letters "HC" as your personalization. We made the letters as big as possible while still keeping with the style of shirt that we advertised. Please contact us directly if you would like a new shirt that would be better suited for 2 letters. Thank you.
