The seal monogram does not look like the traditional alphabet. The "L" looks like a "W" and when I emailed the company to exchange they told me that I couldn't exchange so now I basically stuck with a shirt that does not look like my initials.

I’m sorry to hear that you are not happy with the style of monogram that you selected. We do show every letter of the monogram in our pictures to show what your monogram will look like. We are also available via email to send a mock-up if you have any questions as well. Due to the personalization, we along with Jane do not allow returns or exchanges on these items.
