Much like the other reviews - I ordered products several weeks ago and have yet to receive anything. Product was shipped "Oct 9th" and is still showing pending approval. I had to reach out regarding my package nearly a week after it was shipped - the seller didn't notify me that they were having issues - very disappointing. Would not recommend products from the seller. Will dispute the charges via my credit card company if they aren't willing to refund my purchase. Again, very disappointed... updating this review to include the fact that the seller is now upset that I left this bad review and asking me to change it. Why would I change it when I haven't received my product? Totally turned off by this seller and Jane.com for such poor customer service.

We apologize for the shipping issue that USPS had with your order (along with 150 orders that were picked up from us on the 9th). Once a package is with the shipping carrier there is not much we can do other than issue you a full refund if it becomes lost. We have been completely transparent in the date your order was shipped and told you that if your order becomes lost you will receive a full 100% refund. You requested us to reship via overnight shipping which as a small family business we unfortunately cannot do. We did ask you to edit your review to show at least that we have been transparent and very responsive to every email to you, even replying within an hour on a Sunday to you. It does show that your order was delivered the day after you left this review; which we did reach out to you and you did confirm your order was received and there were no issues. For future orders online anywhere, I hope you take into consideration the issues that are happening in the world and that all shipping carriers are having delays. We are trying our best, along with all of the other small businesses selling here on Jane experiencing shipping issues that are out of our control.

Halloween GAME CHANGER! My kids loved all of the options and they were still able to be creative with their pumpkins, but without the pumpkin guts mess. It is the BEST. I will definitely be ordering again next year! Great product.
