Great quality exactly what I expected!

Not received yet, due to ship: Ships no later than Sun, Nov 1. and it shipped 11/5/2020 NOT YET RECEIVED. received, so it was NOT Printed as most on Jane.com are BUT a vinyl sticker - bubbled up, jane must refund and correct this mess

The towels look great I'm giving these as Christmas presents, and I'm sure they will be a big hit! The company is great to work with and I know I will be using them again in the future

Just what I expected! The grey with black lettering stands out and looks cleans and professional.

I ordered these at the beginning of October. When I ordered these items they were expected to ship by October 14th-15th. They shipped late but were scheduled to make on October 31st before 8pm for us to wear them for Halloween. So, I was fine with that. But, I didn't receive these until November the 2nd and the item is now useless. I've sent two emails, one the day that I received the shirts with no response. I understand the fact that you can't help what happens at the post office, but you can in fact help making sure the product is shipped during the time frame you have listed, or, sending a mass email to customers to let them know shipping is delayed and give them an option to continue or cancel order. Also, responding back to emails timely would be professional. I would recommend this product if the sellers were more compliant in resolving customer issues. EDIT: Once they reached out to me their customer service was amazing. They were very apologetic and sincere.
