Very good customer service. I had a question on customizing one I did not see. I found their website and sent an email. I received a response on the same day! The sign is thick cardstock with a small thin dowel attached. Very fun to use on birthdays! THANK YOU Sugar Plum. :)

Received the cake topper quickly, and it's just as lovely as the pics!

I accidentally ordered the wrong style and Jacqueline corrected it with no problem. Plus, I received it SO fast! I highly recommend this company and I can't wait to use our cute cake topper! Honestly you can't beat the price or quality!
