I just had a baby and thought these would be super comfortable to wear as I recover. The material is super soft and the elastic waist band is very comfortable, but the small/medium size seems to run more on the small side. A true medium would have been a better fit for me.

They're more like winter pjs than pants you'd wear in the summer. Not at all what i expected

I'm 5'0 115 lbs and ordered a medium and they practically severed my body in half. Fabric was super thin. Not worth hassle of returning. Someone at goodwill will enjoy.

Super comfortable -- I haven't measured the length but it seems they are even longer than the 34" inseam as described. I haven't cut the bottoms to the best length as the seller indicates you can, but if I was to purchase again/more I would keep in mind the need to shorten in when I choose a pattern because I picked a pattern where the bottom is different to the top so the more you need to cut off, the more you lose of the bottom pattern.
