I a true medium but I know with these elastic waist skirts mediums tend to be too tight and uncomfortable so I ordered a large. The elastic waist fit great but the hips were a little baggy/wide. Still like it.

Great material and great color. I am 5,2, 125 and ordered a medium and it fits pretty baggy. I’m assuming the small would still fit baggy but comfy baggy while still being form fitting. The medium is just a little too baggy but just my opinion.
