HI there! I am very sorry you are not happy with your labels. As we discussed in our emails and from the photos you sent the labels were printed exactly as shown in the Jane deal. Option 29 with the Fleur De Lis is shown with the image offset to the right which is how the design is supposed to look. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

The label itself is really cute. My complaint is that when I received my labels the first letter of my last name was lower case and the F on family was uppercase. Maybe I accidentally typed it in that way but I’m usually pretty OCD about that sort of thing.
