Design is beautiful. I thought they would be a little thinner a lighter. They are sturdy, thick, and heavier, so will be durable. I would have preferred a little lighter. But a quality product.

Updated: Seller contacted me and offer to send me a new tag, and did so immediately! Best service! Highly recommend this Seller I used it once and when I picked up my luggage in baggage claim, it was broken in half. I would secure it in the luggage slot on the suitcase if you have one.
