I read a response from a Jane representative that said most of the earrings are the same pattern on both sides. This response was to an original post by a consumer expressing her disappointment that the earrings were patterned only on 1 side. I didn't want to buy the earrings for that reason, but when I saw "Jane's" response, I took my chances. I went with the "buy 3, get 1 free" deal, and when they arrived, I became immediately disappointed that not one pair was patterned the same on both sides. Where this poses a problem, is that the earrings are really lightweight, so when they move and turn, the back shows quite a bit, which takes completely away from the experience that you were hoping to get. I gave it 3 stars instead of 1 because the patterned sides are cute.

I am not sure who this Jane representative is, but I am an individual seller on Jane. No leather earrings are double sided with a pattern unless they are “faux leather” Some have the same color as the color on the front and some with patterns are just white on the back. That is how real leather is made.
