Okay quality- ours broke the next day but nothing Gorilla glue couldn't fix. It just doesn't turn now.

Great customer service! My first reader I received was defective, but I posted a review saying as much and the company immoderately responded, offering advice and then when it still didn't work eventually offering to replace the broken reader. I have a replacement in the mail and look forward to it! The company was easy to work with and changed my original feelings towards the product.
