I received my package in the mail yesterday and it was missing an entire pair of moccasins. I have messaged the seller and so far I'm not received a reply.

Received shoes in the mail and one shoe was missing the Velcro making them unusable. I e-mailed the seller and never got a response.

Cute but basically bought a velvet shoe lace.

They are genuine leather suede! But they don't have a lot of structure, so if you're looking for a sturdy boot this is not the one for you. Also, I feel that they run big. I had my daughter's foot measured professionally yesterday and she is measuring at a size 5 (toddler). I ordered the size for 12 months and they are very roomy on her. Love the colors though!

Very cute & well made, but small. I washed it, so maybe it shrunk? Quality good, but sadly it's way too small for my 2 year old... it fits my 4 month old nephew.

Did not receive all of my paid merchandise in order I received. I emailed seller and was given quick attention to the matter. I just received my missing merchandise.
