The collar is strange

Cute but runs small.

Metal clasps and straps are very difficult to attach however customer service was really really great. They were timely, understanding and made it right.

I love the product however I was extremely unsatisfied with the tracking, delivery time, as well as the fact that I emailed Jane twice about the status (because my ordered was saying a label had been created but no movement or acceptance by USPS in 7 days) and after the second time they responded by copying the seller asking for an update. I never heard anything from the seller. I did get my product 5 days after that however it still didn’t move for another 2 days after I got a response from Jane. And again. Still haven’t gotten a response from the “seller”

I would have given this a 5 star because it’s really cute, but the fit is huge!! I’m an xl, ordered a large, and I’m sending back for a Small. Size down at least 3 sizes!!

So disappointed because I loved the print! But when I tried it on….I ordered an XL….and it was way too small. ☹️

These jeans were definitely not the jeans as pictured. I am 5’5 and they are super long, under my feet. I also would not consider them s flare…maybe a bootcut.
