Super cute and comfy. I ordered both colors in a large, and the black seemed to be a looser fit than the red. They also do shed some but that's to be expected with Sherpa. Still super happy with my purchase.

Ordered a xl and received a medium and can’t get anyone to respond to my emails. It’s super cute but really frustrating that I can’t get any response

The material is a bit thinner than I expected. I ordered a 3x and am usually a true 3x. It fits but I was hoping it’d be a touch more relaxed as the depicted by the photos. I would say it’s true to size or slightly small.

1. Terrible customer service/return policy. I won't buy from this seller again. I contacted them for a refund and got an email with the address. However, return has to be 'received' by the seller (not sent to the seller) within two weeks. That is a really short turn-around, and with my work schedule and company in town, proved impossible. I guess I'll just donate it. 2. The item was cheap. I made the mistake of thinking the higher than average price point (compared to similar items sold here) would equate to higher quality. Nope. Very cheap fabric. The fit was true to size, but the item was clingy and cheap. Also arrived in a filthy inner plastic bag.

The sleeves run small. The jacket it self is the perfect size.

Going in my daughter stocking can't wait for her to have this and get to using it never want her to become a victim!

Ugh! Not very nice at all! Company should recover my money back to my camp but they will not do that so I'm stuck with it bad business I say and if I were Jane com I think I would have to reconsider them being in this group vendors. Thank you!
