Zero stars! These are HORRIBLE!!!!! I have never given a review on anything until now. And to top it off... I have been trying to contact the seller several times to return these and still haven't heard back. DO NOT BUY THESE! They are nothing like the picture. I never even opened the package they came in because they are so bad.

Still haven't received and ordered almost 3 weeks ago. On the plus side, did contact seller and they did respond saying they would look into it, but still haven't heard anything. It has been a few days.

Color was a little off and some random tan patches but other than that I really like it.

I love it but so glad I read reviews. It runs really small. I wear size between 10 and 12 and I ordered 2X and it fits perfect.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I can't believe I paid over $30 for shoes of this horrible quality. I don't normally give bad reviews, but these are ridiculous. The material is thin and flimsy, the "stitching" is ragged-looking, and they smell HORRIBLE, like gasoline. I'm realizing that these online "boutiques" are just buying cheap goods from China and then upselling them for crazy profit. I'm done buying from some of these forums, I've been burned too many times. I'll be returning these immediately.

I ordered this sweater on Oct. 9, on Oct 16 I reached out to the company and received a response within 3 hours. I was patient and they were very nice initially. I still had not received the package by Oct 21, so I reached out to the post office because Jason, one of their owners told me that's what the issue was. The post office claimed they'd never received the package. I then reached out on the same message chain and requested a refund and now my emails are being ignored. The sweater is super cute, but the customer service is lacking and there's zero accountability from the shop when there's an issue. I've always had good luck buying things from Jane, but I'll be avoiding this shop in the future. I'm now having to dispute the charges with my bank because no one will answer my emails. ***update: I disputed the charges with my bank after sending another email with no response, and this morning I got a shipping notification that it had shipped. Their "ships within 5 days appears to be 20+ and I still have had 0 follow up from the shop to my emails.
