I would definitely size up

I absolutely love this sweater. It is soft and comfy and fit perfect!

Good quality, runs a tad big.

While the sweater is beautiful, it is very thin and feels cheap. I am normal a size 0 so I purchased the size small (0-4) *like the model is wearing they say* and the sleeves are several inches too short. I've contacted the seller 3 times about a refund or exchange with no response. For my first purchase on Jane, I'm not sure I'll purchase anymore again. Paid $35 for a seater I can't wear & expected better customer service.

Super cute sweater! Had a few strings hanging but other than that I love this sweater.

While this cute sweater is soft and warm, I am very disappointed in the sizing. It fits on the short side in both the body length and sleeve length. I ordered my normal size of medium and I am 5'7". It also shrank a little when I washed it according to the directions, which now makes it even smaller. I would not order it again.

Had to wash and dry to get it to shrink a bit. Fits perfect now and comfy!

Happy with the purchase and great customer service. Had an issue with the shirt and they shipped another one out immediately! Fit is true to size.
