My new favorite jacket!

Do not purchase from this seller-worst customer service experience I’ve experienced on this site! My item tracking showed my item never left it’s original destination. When I reached out to the seller, their response was once it has a tracking number they can only do a return. I never received the item, so how was I supposed to return it! I also reached out to Jane customer service and copied them on the issue/response and thankfully they refunded my money. Extremely disappointed because I ordered the item for a vacation in plenty of time, but didn’t ever get what I ordered.

Love this so so much! More than I thought I would. Giving only 3 stars bc an issue is my button on the right will not stay closed and it drives me nuts. I have to rebutton it about every hour. But if it didn’t do that it’d be 5 stars!

Great shoes. Just like I wore in 1986! Only drawback was the plastic smell when they first came. Pretty strong smell that took a few days to go away. But overall I would definitely order again. Debating another color.

This color is absolutely gorgeous. It looks really good with white jeans.

A little on the sheer side but I really like the light weight feel of the dress. Got it in red and will have to hem a bit since I’m petite.

I had some issue with the dress. I reached out to Jane 3 times. I did not get a response. I did get a response from SO CHIC. They are taking care of the issues.

This top wasn't even the right colors. Super disappointed!!! This is the worst top I've ever received from Jane!!!!

I love these jeans to wear on the weekends. Very comfortable and cute!

Very cute sweater, but quality isn’t great. It was terribly picked/pulled and started falling apart after the first wash - which was a delicate, hand wash cycle w/ air dry. Bought the sweater for a chilly work trip & couldn’t pack it in the end bc it looked so rough. Bummed bc it’s so cute!

Pretty dress, but it seems small on the back side. Everything else fit nicely.

This is the most disappointing top I’ve ordered from Jane. The bottom fabric comes up so high there are practically no pants, no matter high the waist is that would work. If it wasn’t such a pain to return them I would request a refund. Total crap.
