Received wrong item. Reached out by email at night. By morning had a response and within 48hrs I had received my order with a personal handwritten note apologizing for the mistake. What amazing customer service. Love the dress but due to their customer service alone I will make sure to re-purchase their products. Customer for life here.

Purchased the Small Purple Dress (5'4 130lbs) and the dress is very large/baggy. Is it cute? yes. However, I don't believe I will feel comfortable wearing out in public. This may have to be a night gown now.
