Ordered the item on 11/14. I have contacted the seller twice on the status of the order. Emailed them again today asking for a full refund. Still have not heard from the seller. Very disappointed!
Bought this for my boss and she is going to LOVE it. It was packaged great. I was worried about it being broken by USPS on the way here, but it was packaged perfectly and wasn’t messed up at all. Super happy with the product 😊
They cancelled my order, stated damage. After I asked about item shipping. Just strange and I was so excited for them for Christmas gifts!

I ordered this a almost a month ago on 11/14, it’s now 12/13 and I have yet to receive my mug or get a notification that it has even shipped!!! -The seller contacted me and issued a refund. Just disappointed that USPS has lost the Christmas gift.
Love the mug and am pleased but it shipped almost a week later than expected and when I contacted the seller to get a better idea on when I could expect it, I never heard back.
