Customer service is excellent. Love my shirt, super cute.
I like it other than it ran small. Too tight in the chest.
I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered long sleeve royal blue dress suppose to be mid calf. I got short sleeve bluish color maxi dress. I have a 2 because it is true to size and I will still wear it. Just not what expected.
Very cute, but zipper seemed a little cheap
The length is a little odd but it's VERY pretty and super comfortable
Like most chalk pens - sometimes difficult to dispense ink.

Dress is huge.
The markers themselves are great for chalkboard. My complaint is with the caps. If you don't get them on perfectly straight they can mess up the tips of the markers. A little redesign and I'd be perfectly happy.
