Smaller than what I’d like-I like to zip up puffer vests and this one is too small to do that. It’s way cute though so I’ll just wear it open. Definitely not true to size though.

It's hard for me to say exactly if this fits true to size... I wear a 6 or 8 in pants but smaller in tops and can usually wear a small in dresses. Because I didn't want this to be super tight, I ordered a medium. It fits really well, a little loose which is nice because it is appropriate for work. I ordered the royal blue and it is BEAUTIFUL. I have received so many compliments on it :)
