I ordered 2 pair of glasses. My credit card was charged for 2 pairs. I only received one pair. I emailed them 4 days ago, included my phone number in the email. I still have no response as of today.

Ridiculously, and comically large! And cheaply made. Not worth the money to ship it back for a refund though :(

These are cute frames but the lenses are not blue light filtering on any level whatsoever which was my purpose for purchasing. Super disappointed!

Very disappointed. I ordered the wrong items and immediately tried to cancel the order before it was sent to me. No response. When they arrived, I contacted them about a return. Still no response. I'm considering dropping "Jane" all together. It's not a good way to do business.

The part the go on your ears are super long it makes them hard to wear or unless you have a wide face

Are these even blue light glasses? Quality is cheap.

These glasses are 3x the size they should be. They look like clown glasses... Like something you would wear as a joke for Halloween. I'd give it a zero if I could. I want to know how to get a refund for these.... Waste of my time and money! I'm sorry but I really thought all your stuff looked awesome on the site... But after receiving 2 of the items I bought I am so let down and disappointed.

Received silver instead of gold like I ordered. Awaiting response from seller. Update: it's been a week since I contacted the seller regarding the wrong order and still no response. Huge waste of money. Won't be buying from this shop again.

Wrong item came in. Tried twice to email seller but no response. Was hoping to give these as a Christmas gift. I ordered them in November and here we are a week before Christmas.

Do NOT recommend Received the wrong item (style) of blue light glasses. In addition they don't actually seem to filter any blue light at all. We have other pairs of blue light glasses in our home and I wanted a pair for myself. They are just clear glass with no blue light filtering at all!! THESE ARE JUST PLAIN GLASS I have emailed the seller two times and finally received a response after I reached out to Jane directly, and was refunded the purchase

HUGE glasses Look like clown specs or something you'd buy as a joke 😂 the description was a bit misleading as these were gigantic and extremely overstated on my (regular sized) face Quality is fine And maybe they DO reduce blue light but I can't wear them in public so I may never know

The product I received was not the shape or pattern that I ordered and expected. Contacted the shop and have gotten no response.
