Fell apart the first time I wore it.
This was a cute necklace, but the piece of "tortoise shell" came unglued and popped out the first day I wore it. Not put together well.
Necklace is pretty but the stone is bigger than I thought. Sending back because I like smaller pieces.
Cute and amazingly fast shipping.

The chain snapped before the necklace was even out of the plastic package it came in. Bummed.
I received one of my earrings broken and contacted the seller. They were quick to respond and offered to send another pair if they were still in stock and if not they would issue a refund. A refund had to be issued since they were no longer available. Still giving a five star review because I’ve ordered several things from this buyer all of which were very nice and seem to be of good quality. This sort of thing just happens sometimes and all you can ask for is good costumer service which is what I got. Will buy from this seller again.
